About this event
Fourteen people, a mix of youth and elders, learned about playwriting and got to know each other in our Stages of Life workshop this past fall, led by Sarah Plotkin and A.J. Sage. The participants wrote 10-minute plays about each other's life experiences. Join us for their debut!
The play reading will be broken into two segments: 2–3:30 and 4–4:30. Playwrights in segment one are Gloria Karabinakis, Troy Lemieux, Sue Perlgut, Terry Plater, Carol Youngs, and Maia Karabinakis-Bougie. Playwrights in segment two are Tom Stern, Zuzana Kedzierska, Lee-Ellen Marvin, Clark Schutz, Emme Edmunds, and George Holets.
Note: The final play in the second segment contains references to mature content. We recommend it for audiences 18+. Audience members who prefer not to hear it will have the opportunity to leave before the final play is read.
