Resilience

Beautiful, powerful, and personal, Resilience is a solo show with music that combines the urgency of now with a timeless story of healing. Internationally recognized musician, humanitarian, and artist Samite tells the story of his life, from escaping the nightmare of 1980s Uganda to learning to heal others with the power of music.

Samite often includes a story or two in his concerts, but now he has turned his entire show inside out and the result is raw and bracing. Both performances include an extended post-show Q&A moderated by Story House Ithaca co-director Jonathan Miller.
