“Leading Through Narrative” is a half-day interactive workshop designed to help you bridge the gap between your personal journey and your professional life. Guided by Dr. Laura Colket, we will step away from the noise to explore the stories that shape our approaches to leadership—the turning points, the struggles, and the aha moments that define how we show up today.

Then we’ll explore how we can use narrative as a tool to spark real, intentional change within ourselves and with the people we work with. You will leave with a clearer sense of your own leadership path and a few simple, practical ways to build a more authentic, more connected team. 

Laura Colket is the founder of Whole Human Leadership. She helps leaders bring more somatic awareness, mindfulness, creativity, play, and joy into their personal and professional lives so they can lead from a place of authentic connection and alignment rather than disconnection and burnout. Through somatic coaching, leadership cohorts, workshops, and consulting, she helps people become the best versions of themselves so that they, their communities, and their organizations can thrive. She brings 20+ years of experience as an educator and leader in primary, secondary, higher education, as well as the nonprofit sector, in the U.S. and internationally.
